Goj, raisin wine

Goj is a raisin wine whose grapes are harvested by hand at the beginning of November. After destemming and soft pressing, the raisin wine is fermented in barriques with selected yeasts. It is first aged for 14 months in barriques and then in bottles lying down for 18 months.

Goj is a wine made from overripe grapes, with a pronounced aroma. Fermentation and refinement in wood gives it a unique intensity and complexity, but at the same time great elegance. On the palate, it has hints of jam, vanilla and honey. A wine of seduction.
