Laura is a red wine with a soft and full-bodied taste, savoury and persuasive. A frank wine with good structure and pleasant tannins. It is lively, fruity, harmonious and moderately persistent.
The colour is ruby red with violet reflections, the bouquet is vinous with dominant notes of raspberry and black cherry.
Laura is a red wine, made from grapes native to the area and ideal as an accompaniment to cured meats, boiled meats, white meats and the fattier dishes of typical Piedmontese cuisine.
It is vinified through soft destemming and subsequent fermentation in steel with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. It has 5 days of maceration on the skins with frequent pumping over.
Refinement also takes place in steel, for 6 months.
Annual production: 4,500 bottles
