Wine & foodAbbinations

Obtained from Nebbiolo pomace from our estate, it is white in colour and goes well with dried fruit, nuts, almonds, sweets and chocolate. It is delicious with mature cheeses. To be tasted at a temperature of about 18°C, in a classic tulip glass or baloon glass with or without stem (cognac type).

Grappa di Nebbiolo Mario Costa is a grappa obtained from the marc of the Nebbiolo grape variety from the Roero area, through skilful distillation.

The flavour is smooth, elegant and of great harmony. Its aromatic complex is broad and delicate with a prevalence of dried fruit. The spicy range of cinnamon and cocoa is added to this ensemble for a grappa of great character.

Distilled from the Nebbiolo grape marc, it is at its best when served at a temperature of between 9 and 13° C.
