FeaturesTasting notes

The wine is characterised by a precise trio of aromas: gooseberry, acacia and apricot. But it is above all a floral wine, with hints of lily of the valley, lemon blossom, narcissus, gardenia, acacia and lavender.
flowers, narcissus, gardenia, acacia flowers and lavender. Exotic hints, with notes of yellow peach, mango, pineapple and citrus peel to close. The palate is warm, round, more fresh than savoury, but harmonious and very soft. The finish is persistent with fruity flavours of apricot and tropical fruits.

Wine & foodAbbinations

The wine should be served at room temperature. It goes well with first courses with meat sauces, mushroom dishes, medium mature cheeses and main courses of poultry, rabbit and game.

wine pairing 14a

Langhe Bianco is made from very well selected grape varieties. Our Vijé is a Langhe Bianco DOC, produced in Canale with grapes coming exclusively from our vineyards.

Vijé is a full-bodied white wine that ages up to two years. It should be served at a low temperature. It can be drunk as an aperitif, but is at its best when paired with hors d'oeuvres, first courses and fish dishes.

It is a very elegant white wine with incredible freshness. The vineyards are located in one of the region's most suitable areas. This gives Vijé a great drinkability and a unique typicality.

Moreover, it is a wine produced by keeping interventions in the vineyard as well as in the cellar to a minimum and following a holistic vision of wine.
